If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.



If you receive damaged goods you can receive a new, corresponding item free of charge by submitting a opening video of the parcel from start to end with the original purchase receipt.



You have 7 calendar days to exchange wrong item received from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a exchange, first you need to send us uncut package opening video from start to end. For hygienic reasons your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please note- we do not accept any kind of return requests other than the conditions stated above. Either you received a wrong item or damanged product, only then we can help you for exchange. No exchange or refunds are provided for any other reason.


Return pickup or Self Courier for wrong item sent by Purple Wings

Once we review your concern online, we need to receive back the wrong item sent. WE will raise a return pickup request from courier service for the wrong item shipped. If the return pickup facility is not availabe at customer's address, then he/she will have to courier it back to us, for which we will bear the shipping charges upto Rs 100 only.

We will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will immediately notify you on the status of after inspecting the item and send exchanged item accordingly.

If your exchange is approved, and we can not provide what you ordered, then we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping for wrong item received - mistake of customer

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
